The Ultimate Tennis Parent Support Guide

Supporting a young tennis playing child through the highs and lows of their fledgling tennis lives can be stressful. There is no text book on how to achieve success with your child, and give them the right start in the game. It can seem that every match and every team selection is the 'make or break' of your child’s journey, and this can be challenging for both you and your child. PTA offers this unique programme to support, guide and advise parents of junior tennis players through an important stage of their child’s development. Learn from a host of expert speakers, including Judy Murray, Dan Kiernan, Howard Green and others.

PTA Coaching Certification

Diploma/Degree for Aspiring Coaches 

The Progress Tour Academy operates full-time diploma and degree courses in Southern China for student-coaches of all levels. This unique programme offers a combination of:

  • Online theory lectures
  • In-person practical sessions
  • Equips the students with the necessary tools to become high-performing coaches, irrespective of their playing backgrounds or standard. 


As part of the course, students have the opportunity to benefit from domestic and international work placements, providing them with important real-world experience within the tennis industry, so they are ready to enter the work force. This course is limited in access.
